Supergroup Internet licenses the use and operation of this site to SDUSA, LLC (“SDUSA”) so that SDUSA may sell Superdry™ branded products in the USA. SDUSA is a company incorporated under the laws of California under number 200835210065. The registered office of SDUSA, LLC is at 3151 E Washington Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90023, United States of America. For the purpose of the UK Data Protection Act 1998, both Supergroup Internet and SDUSA (“we”, “our” and “us”) are data controllers in relation to your information.
