This website is provided by Supergroup Internet Limited, Unit 60, The Runnings, Cheltenham, United Kingdom GL51 9NW. Supergroup Internet Limited licenses the use and operation of this website to SDUSA, LLC so that SDUSA, LLC may sell Superdry™ branded products in the USA.
PURCHASE AND SALE OF PRODUCTS
All products purchased from this website are sold by SDUSA, LLC. Supergroup Internet Limited does not sell any products through this website, does not operate the customer helpline, and does not provide any after-sales services with respect to products sold on this website. All such products and services are sold and provided by SDUSA, LLC. By using this website you agree that Supergroup Internet Limited does not and will not have any liability to you with respect to any products purchased from this website, services provided under the customer hotline, or any after-sales services.
ORDERS
All orders placed through the website are subject to Superdry's acceptance, which is in its sole discretion. Without limitation, this means that Superdry ™ may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, in its sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is subsequently cancelled, Superdry ™ shall issue a credit to your credit card account.
DELIVERY
We do not guarantee delivery. Delivery guarantees are assumed by the shipping company. We can only ship via your request. We do not take responsibility for late shipments due to UPS delivery error or errors by other shipping companies. There are no refunds due to errors of this nature. Delivery dates are approximate only and subject to normal variations customary in the industry along with any unforeseen delays. Superdry ™ will not be liable to you for any delay which is directly or indirectly the result of any cause beyond Superdry's reasonable control, including without limitation, fire, flood, accident, civil unrest, acts of God, war, governmental interference, labor difficulties, disruption in materials or supplies, actions or omissions of suppliers or vendors, or transportation delays.
TITLE
Full risk of loss and title passes to the customer upon delivery of the merchandise to a carrier at the F.O.B. point. The F.O.B. point is when the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other shipper) takes physical possession of customer's merchandise. Claims for loss or damage in shipment must be made directly to the carrier. Upon the customer's default in payment, Superdry ™ may at its option repossess the merchandise. This means that our responsibility is limited and ends when the transfer of goods is made to our freight carrier.
CANCELLATIONS
Customers may cancel any orders before the order has been delivered to the carrier. Cancellation requests after we have shipped and before the customer has received products will be charged return freight and handling. The customer must then return the product freight pre-paid with the original packaging unopened to receive a full refund on the goods minus freight. After 30 days, all sales are final.
RETURNS
Go to our website to obtain a Return Authorization and Return Authorization number for returns or exchanges. Return Authorization numbers are valid for 14 days. All returns must be in their original shipping package or something comparable. Do not ship anything back before filling out our Return Authorization form. Please refer to the returns pages of our website for further details of our returns policy and the circumstances when returns are acceptable.
LIMITED WARRANTY
If any product happens to be damaged upon receipt, we will replace it. We must be notified of defect within 72 hours of receipt. Defective items will be replaced with the same or comparable item. Returns for refund must be returned within 14 days in new and re-saleable condition with all manufacturer's boxes, brochures, and warranty cards. Shipping & Handling is never refundable. Shipments back to us must be paid and insured by the buyer under all circumstances. Shipments from us to the customer will be paid by us via UPS Ground or U.S. Postal (regardless of how the initial order was shipped e.g. Overnight, 2nd Day, etc.., we will ship regular surface) under circumstances where the items were received initially defective. Cross-shipments of merchandise are available for extraordinary circumstances. For replacement items due to size or fitting, customer must pay freight both ways. All non-US customers, and all non-US. continental customers (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico), are responsible for freight fees under all circumstances.

EXCEPT FOR SUCH LIMITED WARRANTY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW Superdry ™ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
REMEDIES
Superdry ™ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THE CUSTOMER’S SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH BY Superdry ™ WILL BE A REFUND OF ANY AMOUNTS PREVIOUSLY PAID AND NO OTHER REMEDY WILL BE AVAILABLE.
