Overview Of Charges
Superdry ™ charges flat shipping rates per ship-to address for your entire product order. Provided we have no problems processing payment, all product orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST should ship the same business day. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday. The package flat rates correspond to our product delivery method, and are per ship-to address. Rates are as follows:

Superdrystore.com will ship to all 50 US States and Puerto Rico via UPS. FPO/APO addresses will shop via USPS only.
Shipping Methods and Rates
See above for the shipping methods and rates. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Rates are per address, should you choose to ship your order to more than one address, you will be charged accordingly.
If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Standard, 1-5 business days
Most products may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-5 full business days.
Expedited, 2 business days
Most products may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS 2nd Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days.
Overnight, next business day
You can expect your order to arrive the next business day. (Alaska and Hawaii please allow 2 business days)
Canada
Canada shipping is via FedEx Priority service.
Mexico
Mexico shipping is via FedEx Priority service.
Do you deliver to my work address?
We can deliver to your place of employment but we do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security purposes.
Will I be charged customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are included in the shipping price for Canada and Mexico.
Has my order been dispatched?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. You can request your tracking number by emailing care@usa.superdry.com.
I have received a faulty item
If you think the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service team. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible about the fault.
Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garment's washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality-checked on each production batch prior to leaving the supplier. We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.
I have received an incorrect item in my order
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact our customer service team. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible about the error.
An item is missing from my order
Regrettably mistakes can happen. Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so please first of all check your packing note or dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If the packing note states an item should be in your parcel but it is not, please contact our customer service team, who will try to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible.
